I’m really excited to share THIS NEW VIDEO about 3 ways to run faster and further. 

Lately a lot of people have started running or have gotten back into running again, this is awesome to see. 

The thing I’ve noticed is that most runners don’t know how to run the right way

  • Many runners are looking miserable, not enjoying their runs. 
  • Many experience injuries like runners knee or shin splints.
  • Others don’t know how to structure their runs the right way. 

Over the past 15 years, I’ve experienced many challenges in my own running, and I’ve also learned a lot along the way. I have guided and coached many runners who were looking to improve.

There are key fundamentals between those who improve their running and those who fail, I see it all the time. These fundamentals for success apply to runners of all levels, whatever your running goals are: improving your immune system, losing weight, running a 5k, 10k, half marathon, or beyond.
