Eliud Kipchoge is the greatest marathoner of all time. He is the marathon world record holder and two-times Olympic gold medalist.
Recently Universal Pictures reached out to me about Eliud’s upcoming movie “The Last Milestone”. This film is an incredible inside look into his successful attempt to break the 2-hour marathon mark and leave his place in history.
More than 500 million people watched this event live, most people said Sub 2 was impossible.
Although Eliud has achieved everything in running, he is such a humble and kind person.
He has been my hero and personal inspiration for many years. A few days ago I sat down for a 15-minute Zoom interview.
Yesterday I got an opportunity to join my friend Lewis for a coffee with Eliud in Eugene, OR before we watched Pre Classic. We had another great conversation and I shot some photos of Eliud.
