What is your advice to someone starting out with MAF low heart rate training, someone who is not yet progressing much or someone who is experiencing some challenges or frustrations in their training?
Please record a short 15 to 20 second video horizontally, this can be selfie mode or someone can film you. We are unable to use portrait mode videos.
Submit your video below by Wednesday August 26th. We will edit this into 1 compilation video with advice and insights from runners all around the world.
