|Motivation will only get you so far. It’s the habits and systems that set you up for consistent, gradual progress over time.|

Progress and success is not a straight line up.
We improve, hit a plateau, go backwards, but with patience, consistency and the right approach, progress will follow.
Whenever in doubt, Zoom out and take a longer time horizon.
