Jennifer Kellett is a member of our Personal Best running coaching program and she is a huge inspiration to me in a variety of ways. She has absolutely crushed the age group divisions. For example, she ran a half marathon in 1:37:31 broke the Australian 65-69 age category record and at the time was only 2 seconds off the World Record.

    Really enjoyed listening to an older runner. Thanks so much for having her on. Gathered that she runs mostly by feel, averages about 60 miles a week and has two hard days per week with the rest by feel including faster running if she feels good. She thinks weight training is important as well and her biggest worry is bathroom and stomach issues before the race.
    Thanks again for having her on. Really enjoyed the podcast
